When we partner for health coaching, you stay in the drivers seat. We start by charting what you want and need for wellbeing, then take weekly actions to accomplish your goal. With support and accountability most barriers to success can be overcome.
Choosing to partner with a board-certified health and wellness coach can improve your outcomes.
This 8 weeks will empower you to learn, practice and grow in a small group setting. We'll review the eating, moving, sleep & stress reduction practices that improve blood sugar. You'll pick up and practice a variety of mind-body skills that help with mindful eating, habit building & freedom to be your own health coach.
We offer intro/orientation sessions several times before each 7 week group. The intro gives you one of the key skills in the method and the opportunity to see if you think/feel this training would be personally useful.

A. Yes! If you're interested in any of our services, we're happy (and in fact recommend) a brief complimentary 15-20 min session to learn more about the service, identify what you want, and to answer your questions.
Q. Do you bill insurance or only accept out of pocket payment?
A. We accept out of pocket payment via venmo, or check. We can provide you with a coded receipt you can submit to your health insurance provider
