We offer a small group intro class so you can decide if enrolling in the signature 7-week Nourishing Resilience Essentials course is for you. The intro/orientation session will be Monday, January 6th, 2025 3-4:30 EST
Come learn with Cynthia & Kris how to make lifestyle choices easier with the help of resilience skills. We expect weekly 7-session classes will start Jan 13th.
Lets start by exploring your wellbeing, and what you want to accomplish or restore.
Choosing to partner with a board-certified health and wellness coach can improve your outcomes.
During this 8 weeks will enjoy learning in a small group setting. We'll review the eating, moving, sleep & stress reduction practices that improve blood sugar. You'll pick up and practice a variety of mind-body skills that help with mindful eating, habit building & freedom to improve your blood sugar/glucose.
We offer intro/orientation sessions several times before each 7 week group. The intro gives you one of the key skills in the method and the opportunity to see if you think/feel this training would be personally useful.

Q. Am I entitled to a brief complimentary phone or zoom session?
A. Yes! If you're interested in any of our services, we're happy (and in fact recommend) a brief complimentary 15-20 min session to learn more about the service, identify what you want, and to answer your questions.
Q. Do you bill insurance or only accept out of pocket payment?
A. We accept out of pocket payment via venmo, or check. We can provide you with a coded receipt you can submit to your health insurance provider
We invite you to download this form and to spend 15-30 minutes exploring where you are in each of these areas. On a scale of 1 (low) to 10 (high), where would you put yourself now? In some future time, where would you like to be? You can even score each area now, then consider where you'd like to be in this area. As a last pass, you can jot down 1-2 things that would be necessary to move from your current state to your desired state.
