You'll pick up and practice a variety of mind-body skills that help with mindful eating, habit building & freedom to be your own health coach.

A. Yes! If you're interested in any of our services, we're happy (and in fact recommend) a brief complimentary 15-20 min session to learn more about the service, identify what you want, and to answer your questions.
Q. Do you bill insurance or only accept out of pocket payment?
A. We accept out of pocket payment via venmo, or check. We can provide you with a coded receipt you can submit to your health insurance provider
