The Hygeia Wellness Park, our sister organization offers financial wellness courses at a discount: $35 each or $90 for the trio: managing your credit, budgeting basics, and planning for retirement.
Cynthia became a board certified Health and Wellness Coach in October, 2020! Although Cynthia took the Duke Integrative Health Coach foundation and certification trainings in 2010 and 2012 and served as key faculty for the Georgetown Health and Wellness Coaching program, just took the board exam in 2020.
Q. Am I entitled to a brief complimentary phone or zoom session?
A. Yes! If you're interested in any of our services, we're happy (and in fact recommend) a brief complimentary 15-20 min session to learn more about the service, identify what you want, and to answer your questions.
Q. Do you bill insurance or only accept out of pocket payment?
A. We accept out of pocket payment via venmo, or check. We can provide you with a receipt you can submit to your insurer.
